The mechanic was ok. But I feel that the information on the site fails us as customers. I feel for a the sum that was paid. Just having someone not even take the wheel off to confirm the problem was a terrible amount of money. He took the. At for a test drive then tried to tell me it was gear box. It was only when I said anbout the burning smell on the wheel. He then agreed with us brake callipers and then to inform the work cannot be done for several days. If this was clearer on the website then I wouldn’t have paid the money for someone to come out and basically do nothing. Definitely recommend you use a garage you trust.
