Darren called twenty minutes before arriving on the dot of 08.00 as arranged.
He listened carefully to my description of the problem, a screeching coming from the driver side wheel.
He discovered we did not need replacement brake pads and deduced the problem was a bent backplate touching the wheel.
He cleaned all of the brake assemblies son both front wheels.
All in all he was brilliant, very courteous and saved us money.
I hope we get him again next time.
