Darren was great couldn’t be happier. He knows his stuff. He replaced a blet he saw needed doing when he was doing a service for my car last week.

The brake pads were replaced as booked and the work itself appears to have been completed without issue. However, I was disappointed with the communication. The mechanic identified that my front brake discs were worn but didn't mention it to me when handing the keys back. I only discovered it later by reading the receipt.

I would have appreciated being told face-to-face so I could ask questions and understand whether it needed immediate attention or was simply something to monitor. Better communication would have made for a much better customer experience.
