David was great. Did exactly what I needed despite the baking heatwave. Communication was excellent, he called before arriving and was very punctual. He explained everything to me so I understood exactly what was needed to be done. He’s highly knowledgable and very courteous and respectful. I’d gladly recommend David for future work.

Mercedes-Benz A-Class Brake pads replacement - front (all)
Remove rear wheels to inspect brake pad thickness (50% worn) customer happy not to replace

David was excellent but there was a mix up with his timings but it was fine as I was in all day anyway. I had booked in for front and rear brake pads but David advised that the rear pads were fine and amended the billing.
I would highly recommend him.
