Very knowledgeable and a credit to the company I was wrong regards the starter motor so it didn't need replaced before he even tried to start it he said it was a flat battery , put the booster on and it started right away.

Ryan was delayed at his previous job and did not arrive until 15.15. He was very intensive in his investigation, but was unable to find the source of the water ingress, even though he found some seals not fitted correctly.
Ryan did leave me with some advice regarding following up with a body shop.
