Ryan was shockingly rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. He wanted to turn up about an hour early to the job while I was still at work and got inexplicably angry when he was unable to get in touch with me. Despite having agreed to the time, he then decided to abandon the job 30mins before the agreed time and tried to then charge me a £40 cancellation fee despite him being the one to cancel it. This man is an absolute disgrace when it come to customer service, he thinks that people should bend around his schedule despite him agreeing to a specific time - looking at some of the other reviews it seems like this is a consistent theme with him.
He also continuously lied to me in order to scam me put of the £40 - he said he left later than he actually did, he said that clickmeachnic told him to leave the job, he said he was 'milea away' when I called a few minutes after the cancellation - this guy is simply a lier and a scammer.
Luckily click mechanic have great customer service who instantly recognised that Ryan had essentially tried to scam me and returned my money. Thankfully you are safe with Clickmechanics customer service team from people like Ryan.

Maybe in future make sure you put the correct details on in future and hope the next mechanic that comes out to you doesn't get called an arshole like you called me but thanks for the review 👍 and my customer service skills are good that's why I am good at my job you always get that one review and to put things straight
You put the wrong details on the job ie incorrect contact number send you messages through click mechanic all day with no response turned up to the job and still got no response and as for me trying to scam you no thays incorrect as in click mechanics t and c s they say if when we turn up we don't get an awnser we can charge a 40 pound cancelation fee so in future please make sure you put the correct details on the job because then we could have made contact a tried everyway a could to get in contact with you but thanks for the review means a lot 👍.

Ryan was great. Called me when he was outside. Checked the car and thankfully it was only what i thought it was and nothing more. No extra costs which ryan was very truthful about. Would 100% use click mechanic and ryan again. Very happy with the result😀
