Ash was very friendly and communicated with me. The only thing I realised after the car was returned was there was no paperwork regarding the service. How can I prove that it was serviced? However very happy with the work carried out.

i was very pleased but sorry it took so long to come back after job was done and ,,,,,,,,,no invoice....... for my accounts the intermitant leak on cooling system had been there for a while it did' nt leak all the way from Bedford on wednesday but on thursday needed topping up three times and needed topping up friday this problem was going on fot 2 months my local garage failed to cure it on 3 occasions its too early to be sure its done but fingers crossed YES

The mechanic did not arrive within the original time frame, however, he did call to apologise due to overrunning with another repair hence why I've not marked down for punctuality, sometimes things don't always go to plan. It was not a major issue as I'd not planned anything else for the day.

Ash was very professional, punctual and kept me informed throughout the work.

Ash picked the car up and dropped it off as arranged timing belt kit replacement done great to deal with 100 percent will use again definitely recommend motorfreakz

Car MOT and service finished within the same day. Car was driven by staff to garage at 8am and got the car back around 4pm. Many thanks for the quick turnaround!

Kept me up to date as he was waiting for the part to come in. Organised a time, arrived a little later than planned but no issue. Had the car back within two and a half hours, all done.
