Dan was a legend. He explained everything clearly and got the job done in awful weather with a big smile. I would recommend him to anyone needing any work done on their vehicle. A most excellent fella 👍🏻

Dan was great, got given a 2 hour time slot but he let me know when he was 30 mins away. When he arrived the repair was completed great and quickly. Would definitely recommend

Dan was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the work he carried out. However, I am not totally convinced that jacking up one wheel provides sufficient access to the underneath of the car to carry out a detailed full service as described in your service schedule. The wheels were not removed to check the brake pads despite being asked for the locking nut. The mechanic provided/carried out a visual inspection from underneath the car. Bearings and joint wear can not be physically tested with 3 wheels on the ground. I would have much preferred the car was booked into a garage with an appropriate 4 post life in order to inspect the underneath of the car thoroughly. Door hinges etc were not greased as recommended in the full service schedule therefore I can only assume lubricating and greasing underneath the car was omitted from the service. The car was not taken on a short test drive after the service. The following day when opened the door the alarm went off and a number of personalised settings needed resetting.
I got the distinct impression because the two mechanics were over an hour late outside of the 2 hour window and it was raining, they wanted to complete the work as quickly as possible.
The service my car received was more like a basic interim oil and filter change.
I still haven’t received the service report despite being told it would be with me within the hour after the service. Read more
