Dan was late for the scheduled appointment due to bad weather. However, this was communicated very well and I was pleasantly surprised that he was still prepared to carry out the work late on a Friday evening. He was a great bloke who was very helpful in resolving the issues with my car. Perhaps the biggest praise I can give was that he was in a position where he could have charged me the full price for the work but he worked out that the issue could be resolved in a different way. Don't read all the negative feedback on here if there is any. This man is a absolute legend of a mechanic. Time served in the industry knows absolutely everything. Be patient people I understand we all have issues with our cars/ vans but Dan WILL deliver eventually. There's a hell of a lot of vehicles on the road needing attention. Dan, a very friendly, knowledgeable guy. Covered most of the issues that is needed for to reject my mums car who has Alzheimer’s back to the dealer. Sadly, i didn’t receive the more substantial, in-depth report as promised from Dan after trying to contacting him after the inspection. This felt like a let down.

Ran a bit late on previous job. Nothing goes to plan. Polite , knowledgeable and quick. Definitely recommend him to friends and family. No question about using him again.
