“No issue at all with El. He was very helpful and punctual etc. Overall I rate the entire Click Mechanic experience apart from the Diagnostic option.
If you don’t know what the issue is,it would be free to take it to a garage and have it assessed to then pay for the work. The option on the app is quite unclear as the cost of the diagnostic should be factored into the work carried out.
Having said that. The overall beauty of Click Mechanic is you get a self employed mechanic that doesn’t mess about as they value their time. Probably more trust worthy than say Kwik Fit or Formula One who I’ve had issues with in the past.”
