“The mechanics were delayed in arriving but kept me informed. Due to some problem in getting the part on time from their supplier, they were unable to carry out the work when they arrived, but I was informed of this possibility before they arrived. I agreed for them to take my car to their workshop, carryout the work and return it next day. They brought the car back next day at the agreed time, repaired and in good working order. Throughout the process, they were polite, friendly and kept me informed. I am happy with their work.”

“Jon, and team were great. Texted me the night before stating when they would pick up the car the next day and then arrived on time. As I wasn't enitrely sure of the work that was needed to be carried out because of the wording on the MOT was a little bizarre I over booked what was needed. Jon called me up as they were finishing and said he pulled the MOT history before work started to make sure not to do more than was needed and removed the additional parts and labour from the bill.
