Work seems 0k. Car collected on time at 9am. Advised would be returned between 4pm/6pm.
However, Not returned by 7pm. I contacted mechanic who said car would be with me by7.30pm. I again contacted at 8pm and was then told car would be with me by 8.30pm. It was finally delivered around this time. At no time did garage contact me! I subsequently noticed the MOT was not completed until 7pm ?

Phoned in advance, polite, collected car ontime, all work done and returned when I wanted it, great job for a great price.

Great service and very helpful. Called me to discuss the work required and was very accommodating to fitting it around my work schedule.

Although the work carried out was not what I was expecting because the mechanic told me that it was not necessary and that I needed something else doing.

The experince was pretty smooth to be fair. The mechanic had issues due to sickness so collected my car later than the time slot, but did call me to explain the situation. When they did collect they took my car and bought it back in the time slot I required.

Slightly marked down due to having to take car to mechanics shop. I do not know fully if problem solved which may have been to last owner not cleaning away spilt oil on side of engine. Auto Tecnic kindly cleaned off oil and I will have to wait and see if cured.
In hind sight having paid extra for a special slot feel that I was somewhat deceived.

Friendly, professional, efficient, punctual. Work was carried out perfectly - would use again without question , 5 Stars
