Ben was brilliant. He communicated in advance of the job, so I knew exactly when he would arrive, and he did so on the dot. He worked quickly, and even sorted a couple of little things the garage should have done when they changed my tyres recently. Gave me useful advice, and was courteous and friendly throughout.
