Ben had tried to call me to check the work required but unfortunately, I hadn’t picked up the call. A further part was required to do the job which Ben managed to order & collect the same day. He returned to fit the part a little later. As his charger was too low to jump start the battery, he agreed to return once more after his next job & was then successful in getting the car started. Overall, I was very happy with Ben’s work & his commitment to completing the job to his satisfaction & mine. I would be very happy to use him again.

Ben did a great job - definitely knew his stuff as my Discovery has an electronic parking brake and air suspension so not straight forward. Communication was excellent too.

Ben was perfect, very professional and good communicator, he kept me informed before during and after the work was done. Due to unforeseen issue with the car, he actually spent more time than initially thought as my brakes gave him some difficult time, but he stayed until the job was complete and kept me up to date with everything.
