Gheorghe was great, he was friendly when I first met him, was upfront about other potential bits that may have needed doing and the costing of them too. He was able to work around me and understood that while I couldn't always be present, he was perfectly fine dealing with other members of my family. I'm very pleased with how quick the work was carried out and should I need any other work done, he'll be my first ask!
