mechanic was polite and friendly but my only gripe is that due to no fault codes on the diagnostic check,he could not tell me what the was wrong with the engine on my car.he told me what he thought it might be but couldnt be sure.i fully understand that some faults need to be done in a garage but i paid £92.00 and was no closer to finding out what the fault was with the engine so had to take it to a local garage .i think in this situation,some of the call out charge could have been refunded or reduced

Excellent service from start to finish. Jack called beforehand, he arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He even waited while I took the car for a test drive to make sure everything was working properly. I’d already had two previous mechanics who couldn’t resolve the issue, so I’m really pleased with the result. Highly recommend
