Andy was friendly enough but did not have a battery or charger for a none running accessment.plus he did not have the required plug to link into the electronics of my 2002 truck. So no idea still what is wrong with the truck?

The mechanic who came to service my car was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional. He identified the problem and provided further guidance on what course of action to take. My first time using this service and I would definitely use it again. There was no shortcuts or trying to confuse you with mechanical terms. I am always weary of mechanics but this mechanic has restored my confidence in that there are good and honest mechanics out there.

Mitsubishi Outlander Plug-in Diagnostic Inspection

Well I am a bit disappointed in the diagnostic as I had expressly mentioned I needed the battery to be thoroughly tested to get it's statement of health (SOH). The mechanic turned up and said there are no issues with the battery but did not deliver on the SOH.
I do wonder why they took up the job if they could not perform the SOH. It feels like I have paid but did not get what I had ordered ...
