They carried out a thorough health check on my car, identified additional issues, and contacted me first to explain everything before carrying out any extra work. I felt informed and looked after throughout the whole process.

George was brilliant and put my mind at rest very quickly . Im about to tour France towing a caravan and had a last minute bit of work to do with a leaking . Fortunately George discovered a bodged and highly dangerous job that Halfords had done ( Sutton branch ) where a new front suspension wishbone was not attached to the wheel properly which was loose .This was a ticking time bomb that put my whole family at risk ( 2 little kids ) . George did the original work quickly and then identified this and fixed it himself . At all times he sent me videos of the issue and videos of the remedy and called me also . He dropped the car off personally and gave me further advice . Possibly the best comms I’ve ever had from a garage in the uk . I’ll 100% be using this garage now for servicing , repairs , mot etc . Picked up and dropped off my car which was handy. Good diagnostic and explained the issue clearly

Yes the work has been done , they communicated well although my car was gone all day , I was quoted £89.99 and then I was informed it was a more expensive gas this was ok although I was not informed it would be £160. This I think is a big jump for a more expensive gas this was.

Mix up on the pick up time but other than that all was good. Would use again.
