Excellent service and efficiency on identifying potential cause of the faults.

This job did not go well. I booked in on Monday for a job on Thursday. I was contacted on the Wednesday evening and told the job couldn't be done on the driveway and so the car would need to be towed at my expense to the garage (if I'd been advised of this at the outset I would have used a specialist garage, only used this service to avoid the cost of moving the car). By the time the car was taken it was too late to do the job on Thursday, then there was a problem with the part, eventually I got the car back on Sunday afternoon. Communication was slow. Garage were friendly and apologetic but this cost more than I expected and took much longer.

They collected my car from my house on time and returned it to me once the work had been completed.

George was brilliant to deal with.

I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I was stranded 120 miles from home after my alternator died, and I had to leave my car on the street there for a week while I returned home for work. I returned to where my car was on days off and it was collected and taken to their garage at the end of the time slot given to me. Two hours later I received a phone call informing me my car was 15 minutes away, on the way back. With a new alternator fitter (much cheaper than quoted by a large chain auto centre), I could drive home trouble free. Thanks for your assistance!

George was great. As well as doing the work booked, he did another repair and worked into the evening to get the job finished and returned the car to me. Highly appreciated and recommended.
