“Jozsef did an inspection report for a car that I had just bought and was within the 30-day policy. After I noticed some issues shortly after taking ownership, I asked Click Mechanic to conduct a report. Jozsef was a great guy; he was very informative and provided a thorough report on the car I had just acquired. The report highlighted the issues and detailed what was needed to fix them and bring the car up to a good standard.

I presented this report back to the garage, which was initially unwilling to cooperate. The information gave me an advantage regarding my consumer rights, as I had the option to reject the car and request a full refund. However, the garage eventually agreed to collect the car from my home and repair it in accordance with the report. Additionally, I successfully claimed my money back for the Click Mechanic report.
