Neil turned up promptly and was friendly and polite. After checking my car out, he just got on with replacing my alternator without any fuss. Would highly recommend!

Neil was fantastic. Literally arrived at the start of the time slot. Checked the battery and asked whether I wanted the battery replaced. He had the battery in his van and the job was done in 15 minutes. I spent longer trying to find the right battery through a 'reputed' big brand retailer. I'm sure I paid a bit more for the service, but I wouldn't hesitate next time.

Neil was great, turned up in the rain and was straight on diagnosing the problem. I know diagnostics on cars can be a pain and sometimes hard to find the issue. But he did what he need to do without making you feel worried or you were about to spend a fortune fixing the problem
