Paul was brilliant. Attended in good and carried out the work efficiently. Before handing the keys back he offered to show me the old oil filter to reassure me of the change, and he gave me details of the oil he’d used with a recommendation for the best type in future.

I had to leave Paul with my car around the corner from my house because of the parking situation, and also to look after my stepson. Car was returned ship shape and Bristol fashion.
