Andrew came when he said he would. A colleague was with him. My cambelt was changed in an hour.
I used the car afterwards and it was fine.

John was first class showed me the orginal cambelt and explained what he had done.

John was great come turned up on time was very helpful and knowledgeable would use again

John arrived on time asked for the keys and said he would get to work straight away. When he was finished he showed me the old bits and explained what they were for.

Very happy. Particularly appreciative of communication beforehand. Have been let down last minute by click mechanic in the past, so confirming he was coming and specifying ETA the night before made a big difference.
