Valea was very punctual and diligent.

He explained everything he was going to carry out on the vehicle and completed the work very quickly.

Said he found the problem and ticked fixed it yet my car doesn’t come with that car part. Also if he made a mistake with the body part that doesn’t explain why he didn’t mention everything else wrong with the vehicle. This mechanic was with the vehicle for half an hour and when I got back the battery was dead and he didn't even manually lock the car just left it unlocked. So I’ve paid for a service that still didn’t help me and had to get another independent company to look at it.

Great job, he arrived on time, introduced himself and completed the brake pad replacement without any issues. fast, efficient and tidy.

Was very friendly, obviously knew what he was on about and was happy to simplify explaining the problem as I know nothing about engines. Was supposed to replace alternator but identified the problem as being the tensioner belt.
Was going to use him to change the belts but couldn't get me in until the end of the month and I rely on my car alot.

Velea was on time and very friendly. He carry out a hassle free job on my wife car. ( rear brake pads and wear sensor. He also made sure there wasn’t any issues with the electric parking brake after replacing the pads. Top man. Thank you

He called and said he could come earlier so that was great. He did what he did quickly. Unfortunately I still have the warning light on. Sent a message asking if it was the sensor. All I got back was the computer needs to be reset. Me thinking as I have work done before they have always reset it without me saying a word about it. As I thought this is part of the job but no apparently I didn’t ask for it to be reset. So now I have to find out how to reset it myself or pay someone to do it. The point of having them come to you is for convenience but now I have the inconvenience of getting this sorted.

Very happy with Valea. He arrived promptly, diagnosed reason for oil leak very quickly, knowledgeable about why and how to fix. Made sure I could see the source of the problem & explained clearly when I asked any questions. Very polite & efficient, would definitely recommend
