Velea was friendly and arrived when he said he would, took time to explain what was wrong and the costs to fix it. Also explained that some work we thought needed doing was not needed at all. Very happy with his advice and would not hesitate to use again.

The mechanic was very efficient but communication with Clickmechanic with regards to payment was problematic. My card payment did not go through for some reason but there was no communication from Clichmechanic about failed payment for 2 days. The poor mechanic could not get a new job until the previous payment is cleared & was chasing us which felt very bad.
The payment finally ceared after the weekend but the service left much to be desired. It was really difficult to get through to a live agent.

Velea was great and came through on time to start the work. He was very efficient and was very knowledgeable. Talked me through the areas that needed work and explained them thoroughly as well. He was also very happy to answer my questions so I can understand better.
