This was my first time using Clickmechanic so was a little apprehensive.

Overall the service was outstanding from ease of booking to the General comms throughout.

Velea was excellent, he arrived as planned five minutes before the scheduled appointment, explained what he would do, showed me what oil he would replace etc and had the job completed in @ 40 mins to include waiting for me to complete a quick test drive.

Would definitely recommend & will be using this for all future work.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable and although couldn't finished the work today [not his fault I may add ] he has ordered the parts and will finish work tomorrow
