No I was not happy, as the work was not carried out.
The mechanic came quickly, was perfectly friendly, and seemed to have knowledge. But he said he could not jumpstart my car, as the battery had fallen so low - below 7 volts?
I did not know what to do.
I then rang my insurer, and it seems after all I was eligible for roadside assistance outside my house. The insurer's mechanic quickly came, located the battery in my hybrid car (not easy) and restarted it - I then drove it around for 45 mins to build up the charge.
