Was here on time friendly
Only thing not happy with was constantly putting same connectors on my battery for 20 mins even though he knew I needed battery and sat in car probably 10 min on his phone? And got charged stupid amount

These checks are essential before replacing any parts, to ensure the fault is correctly identified and to avoid unnecessary costs or further issues.
The time spent in the vehicle was part of the diagnostic process and recording the test results.

Had Florin come to do an oil change on my car, he was professional, helpful knowledgeable and very friendly. An excellent mechanic whom I would highly recommend and definitely use again his knowledge of BMWs is second to none. He uses genuine OEM parts too which was excellent to see! Checked the car over made sure all was right with car checked it over aswel.... brilliant service.
