Great service. Called in advance to say was now available if convenient. On arrival, I explained the issue and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Saved me so much wasted time hanging around a garage somewhere (typically in the middle of an industrial estate with nowhere even for a coffee) and vague comments from reception on when they will be getting round to my car.

Fault diagnosis was overfilled oil sump but the mechanic did not drain the oil and has been left unchanged. Sadly can’t recommend this service and it did not represent good value as the mechanic was only here 10 minutes

Great guy, sorted out the problem without any fuss. Issue was a sheared filler cap, he tried to rescue the existing part but was unable to. Kept me informed throughout. Would use again.
