“The driver who collected the car in the morning was friendly, communication via text was OK, they told me I needed to replace the rear shock absorbers as one was leaking, which would mean an MOT fail, a reasonable price was quoted, otherwise they didn't mention anything else that needed doing and the car was safely returned in the afternoon, the only issue I had was getting unexpected DART charges as nobody had told me they would be using the tunnel / bridge, but they immediately said they would refund me after I told them”
