Max did the work on my van today, full disc and pad replacement front and rear, called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm and was on bang on time. Completed the work in a little over 3 hours which was half the time Ford quoted me, and gave me full update explanations throughout the job so I was aware of what was being done, why, and any other issues to be aware of.
He also identified another job that needs addressing that was missed by another mechanic, and advised on the necessary work and likely cost, which was greatly appreciated.
