Excellent work. He went way above what was expected from him. The electric went on my door ( he was around to replace the battery), and went on to fix this and left me notes on how to fix the problem should it arise again. Unbelievable customer service, great to know there are such professionals in the market and local.

This means good honest customer service which is sadly still often lacking in some bits of the trade. It also means using new digital information and supply channels, as well as the traditional trade sources, to get the best data, knowhow and genuine (or better) parts for the keenest prices.
I'm set up to work on all makes and models, but my particular specialities are FIAT, Abarth and Alfa Romeo. I've specialist FIAT diagnostic equipment and a variety of the special tools the main dealers use. I've also got a soft spot for (and a fair bit of experience of) SAABs.
