“Where do I even start with the impeccable customer service received from Ranjan.

He carried out a pre purchase inspection on a car I was 'on edge' about. I had done all of the checks online, checked the MOT, service history and taken it for a test drive before.

I have had so many bad experiences with dealers that I decided to pay for this service to put my mind at ease and he did just that and beyond.

After receiving my booking, he called me in the morning and listened to my back story, I never met with him as I live quite far but he liaised with the car dealer on my behalf. He also called when he finished carrying out the checks and had sent the report and the photos. He explained very carefully what needed to be fixed before purchasing the car and also what he thought were 'pluses' with the car. All of this put my mind at ease. He drove the car for longer than needed and did some extra checks which weren't part of the package; hence why I said he went above and beyond.

I cannot fault the high quality of service provided, his knowledge, attention to detail, punctuality, communication and care. I needed reassurance that the car was reliable and safe as I have small children (and he was able to do this for me and tell me the truth about any issues).

I will definitely have Ranjan in mind again if needed and would highly, highly recommend.”
