I write this as someone with a basic knowledge & ability to do the job I used Clickmechanic for. Unfortunately due to a disability I would have actually struggled to do the job without it being extremely painful.
Daniel accepted the booking in a timely manner, he phoned me 25 minutes before arriving & turned up when expected.
Daniel understood what I had already done on the car & also knew about the oddities in the layout of the engine that are specific to the make & model that are not the typical engine layout.
Daniel proceed to do the job in question, as instructed & did not attempt to drum up additional work, which is more common than it really should be.
Daniel completed the work & the time it took for him to do it was in line with a mechanic that knew what they were doing.
