The mechanic seemed friendly and personable. The work was unfortunately not completed to a high standard and the car failed as soon as it left the driveway. I texted the mechanic who replied quickly saying head office would get back in touch. Nobody ever got back to me and so I had to find a reputable garage to sort the issue due to having work and caring responsibilities. On finally finding out I had to complain through a portal., I was parroted T&C's and basically told it was my fault before being accused of being a liar for not providing a picture or evidence of the part when it was attached in my initial correspondence. Robin arrived on time, communicated well, seemed to like our dog (!) ,and completed the work in half the time that I was quoted by another garage. He knows what he’s talking about and I would recommend him
