George arrived within the slotted time frame and cracked on with my oil/filter change. I did not realise I was getting a health check as well, but he came back and informed me of what he had spotted (thankfully not much) and advised me what to do etc. Really friendly and knowledgeable guy and for someone that hates dealing with cars, it was really hassle free and easy.

George was great, a little on the drag due to traffic but kept me updated which I appreciated. Once he arrived keys were handed over and the work was done within 30-40 minutes.

Darren was friendly but couldn’t solve my problem. He left saying he was going to research how to remove the faulty part and took my email address. I expected to hear back from him but instead I received an email from your organisation which seems to infer that it has been put out to another mechanic. You have asked me to give more dates for availability but when I click on it I am asked the questions that I was originally asked when first advising you of the problem.
I have now been sent an invoice, which includes work I didn’t ask for, and I am still left with the original problem. I understood I would not be charged until it was sorted satisfactorily. I am not happy. Read more

1pm

Professional friendly service took time to explain things and happy to advice were needed.
