The mechanic seemed friendly and personable. The work was unfortunately not completed to a high standard and the car failed as soon as it left the driveway. I texted the mechanic who replied quickly saying head office would get back in touch. Nobody ever got back to me and so I had to find a reputable garage to sort the issue due to having work and caring responsibilities. On finally finding out I had to complain through a portal., I was parroted T&C's and basically told it was my fault before being accused of being a liar for not providing a picture or evidence of the part when it was attached in my initial correspondence. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Read more
