Can’t comment on the mechanic personally as he was an hour and 25mins late; I had another appointment to be at when he arrived so left him to get on with job. There was no apology from him and zero communication from him to advise as such. When I called the garage they were more than helpful and apologetic. I won’t use again.

Andrew was great. He answered all the questions I asked, he was very polite and very helpful. If I ever need help again, I shall ask for Andrew

Robin was very polite and friendly he was given wrong pads on first trip.
But came out 2 days later with the right brake pads and job done
So thank you ever so much for getting the job done promptly 10/10

Great service, prompt arrival. Very friendly guy. Wasn't sure if I required discs as well as brake pads but was informed they were fine so was not fitted at the time- very reliable and honest.

Robin was brilliant! Communicated by text the day before arrival, i work nights so left him the key safe, he got on with the job efficiently and to be fair, flipping quietly too! No blaring radio waking me up which I really appreciated. 100% will be using these guys for all my mechanic needs from now on. Would absolutely recommend these guys. On top of that they were about 10% cheaper than the next best quote I had, I have nothing negative to say about Robin or the company. Top drawer!!

I ain’t really got any problems with the mechanic him self he tried but he turned up late as he was delayed and could not do the full job I was booked for and quoted for he did try but could not replace manifold so job was not done only changed oil and filter which I added as extra the main job was not done after waiting two weeks for the day to be fix I got a 8.am phone call telling me my mechanic won’t be here to do the job wasn’t impressed at all then told I would be priority so booked following Monday for mechanic to turn up at 17.15 pm to do big job that he could not do and said it’s a garage job as he don’t carry the part needed and it was under estimated as will take long so was not completed so to be honest I’m not happy at all with service at all from click mechanics for quoting wrong and Sad vehicle repair for not being able to do the job and a complete waste of my time waiting not to get car fixed so now I have to find another garage to do the job wasn’t impressed at all lack of communication and inexperience of the quoted job for it not to be done by all.
