On time, thorough service, good communication, full report afterwards... Really happy with it

Process to book reasonable, but not as soon as I requested. Mechanic Managed to get my car on the road, but advised not to take it far, as more work required. Quote for extra work received quickly, however, I am still waiting for a date!
