The problem was clearly explained to me along with what was needed to fix it.
Due to the previous battery not being the correct one for the car and being fitted incorrectly the job was not as straightforward as it should have been and required a lot more effort and perseverance to remove the old battery and fit the new one but regardless of this he kept going to make sure that the job was done correctly
