Paid for a full service, MOT, rear pads and discs - car was collected on time and delivered back on time, and that’s about where positives end.

The car was received back with a rattling noise coming from the rear wheels, and loose wheel bolts on both rear wheels, 2 new issues for a simple repair? Got the wheel bolts fixed at a local garage, which resolved one issue, and then contacted ANO about the rattling coming from the brakes….was told it’s probably a wheel bearing or the brake pads wearing in, just absolute nonsense, local garage advised the brake pads have not been cleaned prior to the new ones being fitted and they have fitted it without a shim, and advised they are clearing rushing the work to get as many cars through as possible, not what you want to hear.

ANO initially tried to lowball a 120 pound refund, before having to involve click mechanic to act as the middleman, eventually scraped back half of the money spent, and I now have to have my rear brake pads completely re done.

I urge you to not use this garage, even if it’s cheaper or more convenient for you, and save yourself hassle in the long run. Read more

Absolutely incredible service. They collected my car, completed the full service and battery replacement, and delivered it back to me the next day. The pricing was surprisingly cheap for such a convenient service, they also kept me informed every step of the way so I knew exactly what was happening. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

My mechanic was friendly and helpful. They carried out the work I booked and also advised me on what I need to do to my car to get it back in good shape.

The young man who collected my car was very pleasant and helpful. He drove it to his garage to investigate why my Air Conditioning had failed. I received a call within a couple of hours informing me that the car required a new air conditioning compressor. Unfortunately, the cost of this was prohibitive at around £800-£900, so I was unable to authorise them to carry out the work. Overall, I was pleased with the service. This was my first time using this service, so I’d be very likely to use them again.

The car was picked up on Thursday night and return on the Friday morning all the work had been done 👍

Have used Ano several times before and always get a great service. From the pick up of my car any issues found they phone and advise the problem and cost to rectify said issue.

Easy online request, quick response. Gent attended the next morning prompt and took van away. Received telephone call confirming on route back to me a couple of hours later and all work appears to be completed. Only issue was that they left my white van covered in dirty black oil marks and the internal items in the van were thrown all over the place.

Harrison was great, he talked me through everything that needed to be done. Couldn't get my car back that night but Harrison went in at 7 to make sure it got fixed and I had it back in time to to get kids from school. Much appreciated
