Car still has a engine light on and tried to contact the garage but no response

Excellent service from Cris and Liam from start to finish. They collected our Honda CR-V at night for our convenience and returned it directly to our flat once the work was completed.

Both gentlemen were extremely communicative, polite and professional throughout, and they did a very good job on the vehicle.

There was a slight hiccup when the brake discs supplied initially turned out to be incorrect. However, Cris and Liam kept me fully informed, adjusted the expected timeline accordingly and still managed to complete everything that same day.

They even sourced and replaced my driver-side mirror glass, which I had found rather difficult to obtain, and included it within the agreed price as a complimentary gesture. What a genuinely thoughtful and generous touch!

As a fellow tradesman, I understand that unexpected complications sometimes arise. What matters is how they are handled, and Cris and Liam dealt with everything honestly, courteously and efficiently.

A remarkably convenient, trustworthy and customer-focused service. We greatly appreciate their help and would be delighted to use them again.

I was happy with the work done, but then I got charge more money. I thought the price they stated at the begining was the full amount as it wasn't a big job thats why I weny with them. It would have nice to get a phone call or message saying what they needed to and it was going to cost me more.0
