Very professional and to the point but in my day when you made an appointment we would go to the customers home to pick up the car rather than phoning them first but I suppose that's the deal today also caller ID might be a help with phone calls thank you

The car was picked up early all the work was completed and passed the MOT great 😃👍

I want to say a big thanks to Harrison and Chris for the work they put into fixing my car

Great service,thanks guys.

Great prices and a reliable service would definitely recommend. Great communication with what was happening with the car aswell.

Great, same guys wo done my back brakes a few months back. Great service. Picked car up night before and returned just after lunch nxt day.

Car still has a engine light on and tried to contact the garage but no response

Absolutely fantastic service. Can't rate highly enough. Punctual great job great service

Excellent service from Cris and Liam from start to finish. They collected our Honda CR-V at night for our convenience and returned it directly to our flat once the work was completed.

Both gentlemen were extremely communicative, polite and professional throughout, and they did a very good job on the vehicle.

There was a slight hiccup when the brake discs supplied initially turned out to be incorrect. However, Cris and Liam kept me fully informed, adjusted the expected timeline accordingly and still managed to complete everything that same day.

They even sourced and replaced my driver-side mirror glass, which I had found rather difficult to obtain, and included it within the agreed price as a complimentary gesture. What a genuinely thoughtful and generous touch!

As a fellow tradesman, I understand that unexpected complications sometimes arise. What matters is how they are handled, and Cris and Liam dealt with everything honestly, courteously and efficiently.

A remarkably convenient, trustworthy and customer-focused service. We greatly appreciate their help and would be delighted to use them again.

Thanks a million, gentlemen—excellent work! Read more
