The guy that dropped my car off said there was no parking spaces, when there was, and asked me to park it which I could not because I had a drink and was over the limit. He then decided to park my car on the kerb which actually blocked him, and maybe others later, from driving down the street. Couple this with the company not being able to collect my car the week prior was not exactly a good experience. Second time round car collected before time and works carried out with my car returned very promptly
