Stephen was absolutely brilliant, worked very quickly and managed to fix the main issue and an extra we didn’t even know about. Very friendly and respectful, which I really appreciated as a woman who has had poor experiences with mechanics in the past - he never made me feel stupid. Steven was early for the appointment although he could only do half of the job he was very friendly and polite.As a female I felt totally at ease did not talk to as if you knew nothing I would highly recommend and would use him again
