Renault Megane Car Won't Start Inspection

I was not happy with your Mechanic.He only pumped up the tyres and left the car as it is.He suppose to help charge the battery at least.He said,I need another battery and cables for the battery.But I put new battery and cables for the battery brand new from eBay.He just charged me £86 for doing nothing and got angry,when I said I am not going to pay,when he didn't do anything.He said,he will not give me my car keys until I pay the money or he will call the police.I really don't like to fight with fools ones and create scene there because I want my car keys back.So he actually threatened me and took my car keys and made me pay the money doing nothing. If they can't do their job properly then they shouldn't tell the people,they will fix the car online.I think £86 enough to fit battery or charge battery at least.So I was not very happy with your service with car Mechanics.Comoany need to put fully equipments with all things related to cars.Otherwise what's the point doing,Mobile car mechanic.Its suppose to be reasonable price than Other Garages for Car repairs Seariously. Customer booked a car wont start inspection, the fee of £86 is to come out and identify the reason for this, when I arrived at the customers address the car was battery was completely flat and had to enter using the key, once I gained entry to the car and popped the bonnet it soon became apparent why the customer was having issues, the customer had fitted the wrong battery for the car and the wrong battery leads, I advised the customer that the car would need the correct battery fitting to the car and the correct leads, I also advised the car was unsafe to drive due to the incorrect fitment of battery leads, the customer response was well I've payed you £86 pound so you should change the leads and battery and top up my oil. I proceeded to tell the customer that this was an inspection and that all the work required would need to be at an extra charge, which the customer wasnt happy, I dont know a mechanic out there that would fit a battery and change battery leads which was a rough quote of around about £200 for £86, I then inputted all this into clickmechanic and realised the customer hadnt pre authorised the payment, when I confronted the customer she said she wouldn't authorise as she wasnt paying me because fitting a battery and all new leads and engine oil should of been included in the price of £86, i was never abusive at any point but did say I wouldn't hand over the keys until payment was pre authorised so I could invoice job and receive payment for my inspection, I didn't make any threats to customer and didn't take key as it was already in my possession, once payment was authorised I invoiced job and tried to explain to customer again before I left what she had payed for but just got abuse. Arrived at job and car had missfire, plugged in diagnostic machine which came back with missfire on cylinder 1 and cylinder 3, asked customer about history of car and they had mercedes spark plugs fitted 6 month ago as it had missfire, advised to change coil pencils

Turned up when it was booked happy with everything quoted for work to be done said he would ring me back that day. Didnt ring so i rang him back friday to ask what was happening told me he would ring me back on the afternoon with a result. Its now saturday he hasnt rang very disappointed so i have gone elsewhere cant be doing with people not communicating and i would of thought in this day and age people couldnt afford to turn work down but you learn.

Customer was advised at end of diagnoses that I was really busy and wouldn't be able to carry out any repairs for at least 3 weeks due to being fully booked, customer was also advised I couldn't carry out work at road side and needed to be done in a garage which I could do but would need to find out some dates of when I would be able to use a ramp in friend's garage as I'm mobile, rang Friday to see what dates was available and autocare said they would get back to me on the Friday which customer was informed, had such a challenging day the next day with wrong parts to jobs over running and had slipped my mind to ring customer to get him booked in, had a list of customers to ring on the satuarday to arrange booking and before I managed to get to Mr gudgeon I recieved this review, that he had gone else where, as a busy buisness sometimes I can't get back to customers straight away as I am a 1 man band, this work wasnt being turned down and could of been carried out if you were a bit more patient.
