Couple of other issues with the car Shawn explained them in detail and showed me at the time.

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. We opted for clickmechanic as to avoid damaging our car by driving it with the car leaking coolant. After the diagnostic appointment, which only entailed looking into the bonnet with a phone torch, and receiving the £807 quote to replace a water pump, we sought a second opinion. This time the mechanic stripped the car down and found the actual issue was the oil coolant housing and not the water pump at all. This is extremely disappointing as we could have had this £807 cost and the issue would not have even been rectified, not to mention the cost of an incorrect diagnosis.

Shawn arrived within the time window. Very polite and efficient and gave advice on the MOT advisories as well as an existing scrape on the bodywork. A good experience all round.
