“Very good and quick inspection and production of the report I'd asked for - I was called up and sent an email within a couple of hours. I have only knocked off a star for quality and communication because, while I didn't particularly mind getting an unsolicited later email offering to fix most of the faults identified for a certain sum, it did suggest that the operation is geared to producing work for mechanics. More seriously, the quote made no mention of the most serious and potentially expensive fault in the report: an airbag warning light showing, which as the mechanic himself said is an MOT fail item. They should either quote to fix all faults found or not quote at all. In this case, the unknown but potential cost was a deal-breaker.”
