Turned up at 11am not the 8-10am as requested when I booked. Claimed the coolant tank cap was missing and charged £20 for a new one. Have no way of proving this and if it was missing all the coolant would have gone. Charged extra £70 to tighten handbrake cable and again I had no way to prove if this was necessary. Never received a written receipt for this extra work.

Wow we are so very impressed with the service that we received. We booked in for an oil change. The car was collected at 10am on a Saturday and returned to us just before 2pm. Not only had the oil change and filter change been completed, but our screen washers had been playing up and these had been put right too, we hadnt even asked for this to be done! Thank you so very much we will absolutely use your service again.
