Michael provided excellent service throughout. He confirmed the collection time the day before, kept me updated, sent photos of the work, and phoned to let me know exactly when he’d be returning the car. Really reliable and great communication.

Michael rang ahead the day before to confirm the time of the pick-up, and on the day of the booking, he arrived on time. He also let me know in advance when he would be bringing it back. There was just one small issue with the car, which he explained clearly and resolved without any problems. Overall, the entire process was handled smoothly and professionally.

Michael rang the day before to confirm time he would collect car and arrived on time and after carrying out the service and MOT returned it at the time he had stated. He clearly described an issue he had discovered and was very friendly and professional.

Mike was my mechanic today and he was absolutely great. Great job done, full premium report and responsive, very easy and polite to communicate with as well.

Michael promptly picked up my car and dropped it back off after an MOT and service. He showed me pictures of the work and explained what had been done. Due to a missing service stamp I didn’t get my service book back right away as it got lost in the post - so only feedback would be to used tracked delivery for this type of thing in the future. Minor point though and overall I’m very happy with the price and quality of the service! Thank you.
