“I was in contact with Juan, who was keen to get the job of throttle body replacement for a 2007 Saab 9-3 Aero done.
He had sent another mechanic who arrived after dark.
This mechanic brought a replacement which fitted, but it had the wrong connector.
After this, he took my old throttle body away overnight in an effort to find a correct one.
The following day I called and was told that they had been unable to get a new throlled body immediately, but had one on order which would arrive within four business days.
Juan himself came the following afternoon and said he'd clean and refit the old throttle body.
This seems to have fix the problem of "limited performance".
Overall, a good job was done.
I have been charged only for labour at a very reasonable rate (considering all the work involved in sourcing the correct part), and I have been refunded the portion of payment that was for the replacement part.
This is my second time using Click mechanic, and I think I will use them again in future.
Thanks for all your hard work Juan and A.N.Other. The car is performing really well, so I think the problem was building for a while.”
