Scott was great! He called beforehand to let me explain what was wrong with my car. From that, instead of going to the worst case scenario, he had ideas of what else the issue could be. And lo and behold, it wasn't the worst case! The issue was fixed so quickly! I couldn't be more pleased. I'd recommend Scott massively! Thank you so much for getting my car back on the road.
