More work was needed than anticipated on my car and even though different parts were required he still managed to get my car sorted over the weekend and in time for work on Monday. I would have had to wait weeks to get into our local garage not to mention the cost of a recovery vehicle so we really appreciated his help. Scott did an excellent job of completing the remedial work needed for my Vauxhall Mokka. it was extensive but he was patient in explaining it to me when I asked him questions. My vehicle had been taken to my usual local mechanic three times over the last two years for overheating but was not fixed in an appropriate way. I am glad that I was able to have Scott to correctly assess the repairs needed and then go above and beyond to ensure that I would be able to feel confident that the correct work had now been undertaken.

The mechanic was delayed because of traffic, but he called me asap and explained, so it wasn’t a problem.
He was courteous and speedy, so I can’t complain.

polite and friendly, and the oil and filter
change was carried out without any issues
However, some oil was spilled on my
driveway during the process and I had to
