Scott was good and appears to have done a solid job on the cam belt and water pump.
However, I to fork out an extra £80 on top of the £350 as a part was not correct and a new one had to be sourced at an £80 surcharge.

Won’t be using click mechanic again as you cannot get a basic quote right and leave your customers with unexpected costs when car details are clearly supplied.

Scott was very informative and knowledgeable unfortunately he was late due to traffic but he still came he will be returning Sunday to continue then hopefully Wednesday to complete what has turned into a big job.

Pretty good, explained in detail what parts were damaged in the car and needed serious repairs, showed the part got the work done very quickly and had the car back in 3-4 hours with full service.
