Scott called before he arrived as he was a few minute's early. He and his colleague got on with the job as soon as they arrived without any fuss, and showed me the broken parts upon request.

Scott was a really great guy . Called prior visit as the quote for parts was wrong and more expensive than quoted by yourselves .
Nothing too much for him and very knowledgable about my make and model of car . I would defiantly use Scott again and recommend to friends

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service Scott provided. Genuinely excellent, clearly takes pride in his work.

Considerate communication. Called 2 hours ahead of their arrival to let me know they were delayed - still managed to arrive within the timeslot anyway.

Front discs and brake pads were fully replaced in literally 10 minutes despite me being distracting. Had no issue at all with me observing and was more than happy to answer my questions as he worked, showing and explaining to me the nature of the wear on discs and pads (they'd never bedded properly and ultimately glazed, hence the squealing I'd been hearing) and confirming that I'd caught it at the right point.

He also made sure to test the response of the brake pedal following the install.

Scott was great and called to say he was available the day before the appointment and was with us 30 minutes later.
