Had to change date due to mechanic not being available. Also despite telling them the car was a John Cooper Works they didn't order the part until the day of the booking, this resulted in the car being unavailable all day. Luckily this was not a problem on this occassion as my wife did not need the car.
We apologise that a mechanic was not available on the day chosen as this was due to unforseen circumstances.
Although you did tell us your car was a John Cooper Works on the notes, we had to be sure the belt was correct to satisfy you as a wrong belt was fitted previously by another mechanic. This is why we needed to see the vehicle first and then order the right belt so no more problems would arise.
This was all completed on the same day of booking a pre-arranged date and time directly with yourself.
